Prior to joining the firm, Rachel worked as an associate for a Miami based law firm. Rachel’s experience includes supporting case teams representing clients in complex commercial matters and business transactions, assisting with client representation before administrative agencies, drafting research memoranda, pleadings and dispositive motions for lead counsel to be presented in state and federal court, and leading discovery proceedings in arbitration.
