傅昭倩律師的執業重點包括一般公司與商業交易、勞動與僱傭、併購（M&A）、創投交易、私募基金投資以及證券法等領域。

公司事務: 傅律師為臺灣上市公司及跨國企業在台子公司提供法律諮詢，處理其日常營運所面臨的各類法律問題，包括外資企業在台設立與營運、公司法、勞動法、消費者保護、隱私、以及公司治理與法遵事項。

投資、併購及私募股權: 傅律師為客戶提供併購及私募股權領域的全方位法律諮詢，包括跨境交易、少數及控股投資，以及合資公司。她經常代表本地及跨國客戶處理交易架構設計、盡職調查、談判及交易執行等事宜。

勞動與僱傭: 在勞動與僱傭領域，傅律師協助客戶準備員工聘僱文件、公司政策、員工資遣／解僱文件並制定資遣／解僱策略，應對勞動檢查、營業秘密保護、員工調查、人力結構調整與員工爭議解決，包括調解與訴訟等。她亦協助臺灣企業處理在海外所涉及的雇傭爭議事宜。

在加入高蓋茨前，傅律師曾擔任美國在台協會商會（AmCham Taiwan）的董事，並曾在另一家全球性律師事務所臺北辦公室工作達十年之久。
