Mr. Dollimore is an associate in the Corporate practice group.  He joined K&L Gates as a trainee lawyer in September 2003.  He has a wide range of experience in both mergers and acquisitions and public company work.

  • Advising Sportech plc on its £51 million acquisition of Vernons Pools from Ladbrokes plc
  • Advising Jordan Energy and Mining Limited on its $31 million pre-IPO fundraising
  • Advising Secure Design KK on its admission to AIM, the first Japanese company to be admitted to AIM
  • Advising Leed Petroleum plc on its $100 million placing and admission to AIM
  • Advising Sportech plc on the £12 million sale of its Bet Direct business to 32Red plc
  • Advising Noble House Pub Company Group Limited on its £65 million sale to Mill House Inns
