Nathan Howe will be moderating a panel at the 10th Annual Renewable Energy, Clean Tech, and Climate Change Conference that will discuss New Jersey's Solar Successor Program. In this session, the panelists will discuss the NJ BPU's recent approval of the Solar Successor Program and will address several key topics including: the transition from the existing TREC program to the new successor program and implementation details; the new two-tier structure of the program; new project risks due to new requirements; and new environmental considerations such as siting prohibitions, native plant mixes, and dual-use solar.
