Jacob Markham is an associate in the firm’s Tax practice group. He previously served as a corporate tax associate at a mid-sized law firm, where he supported corporate deal teams regarding business tax structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and a range of tax law matters. Jacob also has experience with real estate tax exchange transactions, sales and use tax audit defense in North Carolina and Florida, and tax‑exempt entity related inquiries.
