Tom focuses his practice on technology-driven transactions and regulations, data protection, and the regulatory frameworks governing emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI).
Tom has extensive experience drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements, including supply of goods and services agreements, distribution agreements, sponsorship agreements, research and collaboration agreements, funding and grant agreements, and industry-standard terms and conditions. His technology-focused practice includes drafting and negotiating software development and licensing, Software as a Service (SaaS) procurement, and subscription agreements for academic publishers.
