Alden D. Glass

Alden Glass is an associate in the firm's Corporate practice and Capital Markets practice group where he represents clients on securities transactions, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance matters. He represents issuers in connection with a wide range of equity and debt capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, registered direct offerings, at-the-market equity programs, PIPEs, and private placements. Alden advises public company clients on SEC periodic reporting obligations, beneficial ownership reporting under Sections 13 and 16 of the Securities Exchange Act, and NYSE and Nasdaq listing standards, helping companies navigate evolving regulatory expectations at every stage of their growth.  

In addition, Alden represents public and private clients in connection with mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments. 

Alden represents the North and South Carolina offices on the firm’s Global Associate Liaison Committee and serves as chair of the Charlotte office’s Local Associate Liaison Committee.

Prior to joining K&L Gates, Alden served as a legal intern in the United States Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Enforcement, where he worked on investigations involving issuer disclosure failures and accounting fraud.
