Alekzandir J. Morton

Alekzandir Morton is a partner and member of the Intellectual Property Litigation practice group. Alekzandir focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation, including trademark, copyright, patent, and trade secret matters, as well as complex commercial litigation. He represents clients through all phases of federal and state litigation, from initial case assessment and discovery through motion practice, trial, and appeal. He has experience handling disputes involving trade secret misappropriation, trademark infringement, copyright and trade dress claims, unfair competition, and breach of contract matters. He has represented clients across a range of industries, including technology, manufacturing, financial services, higher education, and consumer products, in litigation involving emerging technologies, intellectual property assets, and other high-stakes business disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, Alekzandir practiced at an international law firm, where he represented clients in intellectual property, employment litigation, and complex commercial litigation. His experience included representing research universities, technology companies, manufacturers, financial institutions, and other businesses in matters involving trade secret and contract claims related to innovative technologies, trademark and copyright disputes, employment litigation, and commercial contract claims. He also maintained an active pro bono practice representing individuals and nonprofit organizations in housing, employment, and asylum matters.
