Alexander F. Magee

Alexander Magee is an associate in the firm's Finance practice. His practice is focused on a range of corporate and mezzanine financing matters, and particularly on transactions utilizing debt instruments. Alex has experience in both the borrowing and lending context, representing private and public companies as well as institutional investors, banks and private equity firms. 

Prior to joining the firm, Alexander served in the environmental law and policy clinic at Wake Forest University School of Law and also served as a Staff Member on the Wake Forest Law Review. Prior to that, Alexander served as a summer intern at firms in Atlanta, Georgia and Winston-Salem, North Carolina, where he conducted extensive legal research on a wide variety of practice areas including but not limited to contract interpretation, bankruptcy, and tort matters.
