Alexander Rospert

Alexander Rospert is an associate and member of the Antitrust and Public Procurement Law (European Regulatory) practice groups at K&L Gates. He advises clients in the areas of antitrust and foreign trade law, public procurement law, and state aid law. 

One of his main areas of expertise is antitrust law, inter alia, in the support of merger control notification processes (including investment audits under foreign trade law), and in the design of distribution systems. He also advises and assists clients in antitrust compliance proceedings and antitrust damages litigation. 

In addition, Alexander provides comprehensive advice in public procurement law to both bidders and public contracting authorities in connection with the design of complex award procedures as well as their review before the review bodies.

Alexander joined the firm in August 2021. Prior to joining the firm, Alexander worked as an associate at a large German commercial law firm, where he advised clients on a variety of matters related to public procurement law, state aid law, and antitrust law.
