Prior to joining the firm, Alexis served as a contract attorney at a New York law firm, where she focused her practice on defending Fortune 500 companies in toxic tort cases at the state and federal levels. Alexis handled and defended depositions in cases involving alleged asbestos-containing products and premises cases. She also participated in motion practice, court appearances, and recommended a course of action for assigned cases.
Alexis also has experience in litigation practice, with emphasis on commercial litigation. She consulted with clients, drafted pleadings, participated in all aspects of discovery, including taking and defending depositions, experience in arbitration, mediation, motion practice, emergent applications, summary judgment motions, and bench trials.
Alexis was previously a law clerk for Honorable Harold C. Hollenbeck, J.S.C. at the Superior Court of New Jersey.
