Amy Baik

Amy is a lawyer in the litigation and dispute resolution group in Melbourne. With a background in government legal services (public sector legal practice), she is skilled in advising clients on a variety of disputes and has acted for clients in legal proceedings, and legislative interpretation.

Amy supports and manages high volume complex caseloads and has a particular interest in medical negligence, personal injury, public liability and institutional abuse matters

Prior to joining K&L Gates, Amy served as a solicitor at the Statewide Child Protection Litigation Office (CPLO) where she provided legal representation and advice in complex child protection matters across the Children's Court of Victoria, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (FCFCOA).
