Arun Ravindran is an associate in the firm’s Oil, Gas, and Resources practice. Prior to joining the firm, Arun served as an associate at a global law firm where he worked with the liquified natural gas and oil team to assist clients with draft agreements and arbitration. Arun previously spent time with K&L Gates Straits Law as an associate, assisting clients with transactional and negotiation support, as well as providing advice on other legal issues.
Arun has drafted and negotiated energy and commodities related contracts; worked alongside commodities, trading, and energy in-house counsel to address legal concerns on an emergency basis; assisted on international arbitration hearings concerning disputes over pricing and delivery; assisted on acquisition of oil and gas assets; and negotiated and drafted ISDA Schedules and Long Form Confirmations.
