Prior to joining the firm, Ben was an associate for a trial and appellate boutique firm. In this role, Ben served as the lead associate on numerous cases and his responsibilities included drafting pleadings and motions, managing the discovery process, arguing hearings, negotiating settlements, and assisting with trial preparation.
