Bertille Rusé is an associate and an insurance recovery lawyer who deals with complex commercial litigation cases, often with international or multijurisdictional aspects.

She represents policyholders in judicial investigations involving over 20 different parties and dispute resolution arising from fire and explosions.
Bertille regularly assists policyholders with insurance policy analysis, team coordination, appointment of technical experts or loss adjusters, and negotiations on coverage as well as coverage disputes. She works with policyholders in various lines of business in the insurance sector, such as property damage, D&O, product recall/liability, professional liability, environmental liability and business interruption.
She also acts as a monitoring counsel in proceedings pending before foreign jurisdictions as class actions before US courts.
Bertille represents French and international companies in all stages of civil and commercial international disputes, as well as in some arbitration (ICC, ad hoc).
