Bethany Wellington is a litigation lawyer, practising in the areas of insurance litigation and medical negligence. She has worked on a range of coronial inquests and litigious matters, acting for hospitals, healthcare providers, correctional facilities and other state entities. Bethany also has experience advising on indemnity and disputes relating to insurance policies.
Bethany previously completed a secondment to the Hazelwood Mine Fire Inquiry as Legal Advisor, to assist with the Inquiry's investigation and report into the health implications of the Hazelwood mine fire in the Latrobe Valley.
