Brett White is a patent associate experienced in drafting and prosecuting patent applications in technological fields such as machine learning, speech-processing, computer hardware, software, augmented reality, networking, electronics, semiconductors, biomedical devices, and telecommunications. Brett assists in patent-related diligence matters for mergers, acquisitions, and asset purchases. Additionally, Brett performs patent searches, freedom to operate analyses, and infringement/validity opinions. Brett also assists in patent infringement litigation.

Prior to joining K&L Gates, Brett was an associate at a New York City law firm. He has particular experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications in technological fields such as computer hardware, software, augmented reality, networking, electronics, semiconductors, machine learning, biomedical devices, and telecommunications.
