Prior to joining the firm, Brooke was a fund finance associate at an international law firm. Through this role, Brooke negotiated complex fund finance transactions, including subscription credit facilities, NAV facilities, and hybrid loans, representing both institutional lenders and large private equity funds. In addition, she has conducted comprehensive due diligence of LPAs, subscription agreements, side letters, note purchase agreements, and fund structures, as well as drafted and reviewed loan documents, investor letters, and legal opinions for large-scale transactions.
