Bryant A. Davis

Bryant Davis is an associate in the firm's Commercial Disputes practice group. Bryant regularly represents clients in mass torts related to coal mining and the presence of emerging contaminants in regional water systems. He also has experience representing clients in disputes related to telecommunications infrastructure, aerospace engineering, and zoning approval. Recently, Bryant was a member of a pro bono team that obtained a substantial settlement for a victim of law enforcement misconduct.

Prior to joining the firm, Bryant served as a term law clerk in the Middle District of Pennsylvania for two years. During his service with the federal courts, Bryant became familiar with a wide range of legal areas, particularly regarding civil procedure, constitutional law, land use, telecommunications, and securities litigation.

Bryant has additional experience representing clients in complex immigration matters arising from his time in law school where he spent three semesters participating in the nation’s foremost immigrants’ rights advocacy clinic.

Prior to beginning his life as an attorney, Bryant’s life revolved largely around literature. He holds a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from the University of Notre Dame and has published short stories, poems, and works of literary criticism. 

He also spent time living in China where he passed the HSK4 fluency test in Mandarin.
