As part of our European Distressed Investment Series, we will be hosting a discussion to provide insights into buying assets from companies in distress or out of an insolvency process. The event will focus on key opportunities and challenges in today’s markets.

We will be featuring presentations from lawyers in our Restructuring and Insolvency practice group in Germany, Italy, France, Luxembourg and the United Kingdom, as well as experienced investors and advisors in these jurisdictions. We will also look at hotspots for distress across Europe, where value lies and lessons learned.
