Callie M. Ives

Callie Ives is a litigation associate at the firm’s New York office where she primarily focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation. Her experience includes representing companies in disputes in New York state and federal courts involving claims for breach of contract and trade secret misappropriation, as well as a wide variety of Delaware state court matters including corporate form disputes and claims for breach of fiduciary duty. Callie assists with all aspects of Summary Judgment, general motion practice, and pre-trial litigation. She has experience with a broad range of complex commercial cases, as well as appellate work, arbitrations, and mediations. Callie represents clients in the healthcare, real estate, consumer products, and energy industries.

Callie also maintains an active pro bono practice, including criminal appeals in the United States Circuit Court and child custody cases in New York State Family Court.

Prior to rejoining the firm, Callie was a summer associate in the firm's New York office. Callie also gained experience as a legal intern in both the United States Attorney's Office (USAO) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

While at Fordham University School of Law, Callie served as the Notes & Articles Editor of a student-run law review journal, as well as an award-winning member and then the Coach of the VIS Arbitration team.
