Charles is an associate and a member of the Antitrust, Competition, and Trade Regulation practice group. His work primarily focuses on federal and international merger clearance, and advocating for clients before the Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in all phases of merger review. He advises clients on compliance with federal antitrust laws in various industries including private equity, healthcare, life sciences, technology, media, consumer products, and oil and gas.
Prior to joining the firm, Charles was an associate for an American multinational law firm. Through this role, he analyzed antitrust risk for potential mergers and acquisitions across industries, prepared corporate clients for DOJ and FTC antitrust investigations for high-stakes mergers and acquisitions, and more.
