Clifton Thorne is a patent agent and is a member of the IP Procurement and Portfolio Management group.
Prior to joining the firm, Clifton was a patent specialist at an international law firm. Through this role, he drafted patent applications, including technical specifications and claims in the fields of software development, telecommunications, and more. In addition, he analyzed USPTO actions and drafted official responses, generated technical patent drawings to accompany patent specifications, and collaborated with investors and outside intellectual property counsel.
