Prior to joining K&L Gates, Damien worked as digital legal counsel for an Australian multinational construction, property, investment and infrastructure company. He also worked as the head of information technology and ecommerce for a boutique technology commercial law firm.
Damien has significant experience with large corporates undertaking complex digital transformation programs and he has advised numerous start up and scale ups both within Australia and overseas.
