Daniel is a senior associate with the infrastructure, energy and resources practice group. He concentrates his practice on rail and other transport and infrastructure projects. Daniel has over 16 years' experience advising on non-contentious and contentious construction, infrastructure, and energy projects.
Daniel has extensive experience advising employers, developers, contractors, and consultants on numerous standard form contracts (particularly NEC3, JCT, FIDIC, and MF/1) and appointments, as well as bespoke forms and related documentation. He has undertaken multiple secondments at a major rail operator as well as being co-located with the client team on specific projects, gaining an excellent understanding of the clients’ objectives and the pressures and challenges faced by the in-house legal team.
Daniel joined the firm as a trainee lawyer in 2002, and qualified into the Construction and Engineering practice group in 2004.
