Prior to joining the firm, Darrett served as a capital markets associate at an international law firm. Through this role, he represented lenders, issuers, and underwriters on a range of structed finance and asset-backed lending transactions including secured lending facilities (both bilateral and syndicated) and collateralized loan obligations backed by middle market loans, broadly syndicated corporate loans, and other types of loans.
