Eric is a member of the Construction and Infrastructure practice within the Energy, Infrastructure and Resources practice area. He has over 10 years' experience advising on complex projects and infrastructure transactions with a primary focus in the sectors of oil and gas, petrochemicals, social infrastructure, and transport.
Eric has extensive experience in advising, structuring, drafting and negotiating on a wide range of key project documents including development and implementation agreements, engineering consultancy agreements, construction agreements (bespoke and standard form), and other related agreements. Eric’s particular expertise is in construction contract advisory including traditional construct, design and build, turnkey, and EPCIC project delivery models with significant experience in standard form contracts, particularly with FIDIC standard forms.
Eric’s practice consistently involves advising, and working closely with technical and commercial personnel to provide clients with practical and meaningful legal support to give effect to commercial and technical client outcomes.
