Erin Fleury is an associate in the firm’s Pittsburgh office and concentrates his practice in the area of complex commercial litigation, with a particular focus on insurance coverage and construction disputes.
He has represented owners, contractors, and design professionals in a variety of public and private construction disputes involving oil and gas processing facilities, residential construction projects, processing plants, and roadway and bridge projects.
Mr. Fleury also represents insurance policyholders and his experience includes large-scale insurance coverage disputes involving long tail liabilities related to environmental contamination, asbestos-containing products, as well as counseling clients to evaluate and optimize their current insurance coverage programs.
He also has experience representing clients in relation to disputes involving financial services, intellectual property, and bankruptcy-related litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Fleury was a summer associate for the firm’s Pittsburgh office in 2014. During law school he worked as a Clinic Director for the University of Minnesota Bankruptcy Clinic. In addition, he was a legal intern for the St. Croix River Association in 2013. Prior to law school he served a semester as an intern for Congressman Paul Hodes (NH).
