Erin Fleury is an associate in the firm's Pittsburgh office. He represents policyholders in complex insurance coverage disputes as well as other complex commercial litigation.
Erin has represented policyholders in insurance coverage disputes involving long-tail liabilities related to asbestos-containing products and environmental contamination, industrial accidents, product contamination and recall losses, as well as providing counseling to clients to evaluate and optimize their current insurance coverage programs.
Erin has also represented owners, contractors, and design professionals in a variety of public and private construction disputes involving oil and gas processing facilities, residential construction projects, processing plants, and roadway and bridge projects.
He also has experience representing clients in relation to disputes involving financial services, intellectual property, and bankruptcy-related litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Erin was a summer associate for the firm’s Pittsburgh office in 2014. During law school he worked as a Clinic Director for the University of Minnesota Bankruptcy Clinic. In addition, he was a legal intern for the St. Croix River Association in 2013. Prior to law school he served as an intern for Congressman Paul Hodes (NH).
