Obtained judgment in favor of Walmart in Orlando Garcia v. Walmart Inc., et al. (2020 WL 4196868), Case No. CV 19-10457 PSG (JCx) that resulted in a dismissal of Unruh claims granted in favor of Walmart on an ADA case.
Represented Walmart in Jeff Jinkins v. Wal-Mart Realty Company and Walmart Inc., et al. (2019 WL 1670825), Case No. 5:18-cv-00940-SVW-SP that resulted in a summary judgment granted in favor of Walmart on an ADA case.
Successfully represented Walmart in Dennis Cooper v. Wal-Mart Real Estate Business Trust, et al. (2020 WL 3881604), Case No. EDCV 19-238 JGB (SPx) that resulted in a summary judgment granted in favor of Walmart and winning costs.
Publicized win in Trilogy Plumbing, Inc. v. Navigators Specialty Insurance Company, resulting in binding decision at 50 Cal.App.5th 920, 263 Cal.Rptr.3d 892.
Significant published victory in Takeshia Mclaurin v. Russell Sigler, Inc., et al. (2016 C.D. Cal.), 155 F.Supp.3d 1042, Case No. SACV 15-1678 AG (JCGx).
Published victory in Russell Sigler, Inc. v. David A. Whitaker (2019 WL 3220577), Case No. SACV 18-01889 AG (DFMx).
Represented and won trial for Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and class action claims involving defects in vehicles and obtained outstanding results for United States-based manufacturer with European-made component parts.
