Performed comprehensive legal due diligence for lender on a 166 MW repower wind project located in Shackelford County, Texas, including review of virtual data room materials related to environmental permitting, real estate/site control, title and survey, energy regulatory matters, and tax issues.
Performed comprehensive legal due diligence for tax equity investor on a 225 MW utility-scale solar and 400 MWh storage transaction located in Lincoln County, Nevada, including detailed review of data room material, permitting documentation, environmental reports, title and survey materials, insurance policies, and key project agreements such as PPAs, interconnection agreements, system use agreements, leases, and transaction documents (ECCA, LLCA).
