Acted for a New York Stock Exchange listed company in its acquisition of a leading manufacturer of radiators and heat exchangers.
Advised a residential apartment development company on the establishment of several complex joint ventures and limited partnerships.
Advised a leading tech venture platform on the sale of its key investments to a Cayman Islands investment fund.
Advised a global gaming company on the transfer of its business operations to New Zealand, and in relation to an international joint venture.
Advised a Web3 company on a complex international rollup of ten other companies.
