Represented a large food processor in a dispute with a national (US) chicken producer regarding the supply of chicken products adulterated with bones. Secured a US$10.5 million jury verdict as well as US$13.6 million judgment (total recovery US$16.6 million).
Obtained summary judgment dismissal and attorney fee award in Oregon state court on behalf of defendant in dispute arising out of real estate transaction.
Obtained full insurance defense and indemnity coverage towards settlement of transportation-related tort claims in matter involving multiple potentially liable parties and principal-agent issues.
