Experience prior to joining K&L Gates includes:

Acted on behalf of shareholders to recover compensation on the value of shares following a share price crash, including claims for non-disclosure of material information, breach of fiduciary duties, misleading and deceptive conduct and breach of financial services regulation.
Acted on behalf of superannuation fund members to recover compensation following claims of breach of fiduciary and trust obligations and breach of financial services regulation.
Launched a product liability class action investigation to determine whether Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel suffered personal injury as a result of using personal hearing protection. This matter involved an analysis of international legal issues, their application to the Australian context and the operation of various federal statutes.
