Acted for a private equity investment and fund management firm on a multimillion acquisition of residential properties across the United Kingdom.
Acted for Park Holidays UK Ltd on the US$1.3 billion disposal of its 40 owned and operated parks and an additional two managed parks to Sun Communities (NYSE: SUI).
