Brandon R. Dillman

As a paralegal, Mr. Dillman second-chaired a twenty-five day trial in Suffolk County Superior Court defending directors of a Delaware corporation against allegations of breach of fiduciary duty, which resulted in a major victory for the client and counter
Mr. Dillman successfully procured a preliminary injunction in a matter involving misappropriation of trade secrets. In so doing, Mr. Dillman worked extensively with digital forensics experts in analyzing business and personal email systems, computers, cell phones, and external storage devices to prepare the case for an evidentiary hearing in U.S. federal court.
