AI Enhanced e-Discovery
Integrated multiple AI tools to streamline document review and optimize litigation workflows. Used CoCounsel to extract key issues from the Complaint, then applied aiR for Review to identify and tag responsive documents aligned with each issue. Implemented mass tagging to track AI decisions, enabling rapid retrieval of targeted document sets for deposition prep. This approach eliminated hours of manual review and significantly accelerated issue-based document organization.
Utilized advanced document analysis tools to strategically question key documents and validate the client’s narrative. Leveraged CoCounsel to uncover potentially harmful facts early in the review process, enabling proactive case strategy adjustments and reducing risk exposure. This approach helped streamline fact development and saved hours of document review and attorney notations.
Leveraged aiR for Review to streamline deposition preparation through strategic issue coding. The Relativity platform’s AI-assisted tagging capabilities in "aiR for Review" accelerated document categorization, reduced manual review time, and enabled more targeted identification of key materials for witness examination. This approach improved coordination across teams and ensured consistent application of issue codes aligned with case strategy.
Built an interactive case chronology using Case Dynamics, an AI-powered tool within Relativity. Identified and linked key documents with precise citations to support the client’s defense strategy, streamlining narrative development and saving an estimated 40+ hours of manual timeline construction and cross-referencing.
