Responded to multiple third-party discovery requests made of a mobile phone manufacturer for antitrust lawsuits brought by the FTC, competitors, and class-action plaintiffs.
Managed all phases of discovery responses and trial support for a government client for major public works construction litigation matters, both as a plaintiff and a defendant, which resulted in US$26 million settlement for our client.
