Advised Carousel Capital, a North Carolina-based private equity firm, and its portfolio company Landscape Workshop, a leading provider of route-based commercial landscaping services, on the sale of a majority interest in Landscape Workshop to an Ares Management Private Equity fund.
Represented Carousel Capital Partners VI, L.P., a Charlotte, North Carolina-based private equity firm, and its affiliated funds in connection with the equity recapitalization of O.R. Colan Associates, LLC and ORC Utility & Infrastructure Land Services, LLC.
Advised Hexagon AB (OTCMKTS: HXGBY), a global leader in digital reality solutions, on its recent acquisition of ETQ.
