Advising Seafolly, an Australian swimwear brand, in relation to registering and managing its customs programs, managing its global trade mark and design portfolio, and in relation to the purchase and assignment of the JETS swimwear brand.
Advising The PAS Group, the parent company of a number of Australian and international fashion brands, in relation to the management of its trade mark portfolio.
Advising R.M.Williams, an Australian fashion brand, in relation to the management of its Australian and international trade mark portfolio.
Advising Nutrien AG Solutions Ltd and its related entities including management of its Australian and international trade mark portfolios.
Advising an indoor trampoline park venue on a trade mark infringement and its wider trade mark portfolio.
Advising a Japanese manufacturing company to protect their new products in relation to patents and designs in a variety of jurisdictions
