Represented McCorquodale Transfer, LLC, an Alabama-based portfolio company of North Carolina-based private equity firm Carousel Capital, in connection with the purchase of substantially all of the assets of Superior Designer Services Inc. d/b/a Vault Logistics.
Represented Carousel Capital Partners, a private investment firm based in Charlotte, North Carolina, in connection with its leveraged recapitalization of CWorks Operating Company, LLC (CraneWorks).
Advised Carousel Capital Partners, a private investment firm based in Charlotte, North Carolina, on its recapitalization of covR LLC, a Denver, Colorado-headquartered residential roofing provider, and United Contracting and Roofing, L.L.C. and United Roofing of Atlanta, LLC, Atlanta, Georgia-headquartered companies that specialize in roofing installation, repair, and maintenance for residential and commercial properties.
Represented BJC Health System in a system-combination transaction with Saint Luke’s Health System. As a result of the transaction, BJC Health System became the sole corporate member of Saint Luke's Health System. BJC Health System is a nonprofit healthcare organization based in St. Louis, Missouri. Saint Luke's Health System is a nonprofit hospital system in Kansas City, Missouri.
Represented McCorquodale Transfer, LLC and Carousel Capital Partners, a Charlotte, North Carolina-based private equity firm focused on growth-oriented, middle-market businesses, in its acquisition of Just Move It, LLC, a moving, storage, and installation company headquartered in Wilmington, North Carolina.
Represented Birmingham, Alabama-based McCorquodale Transfer, LLC, a portfolio company of Charlotte, North Carolina-headquartered private equity firm Carousel Capital, in connection with the acquisition of Houston, Texas-based John Thompson Delivery Services, Inc. and TDC Acquisition Corporation, which specialize in white glove moving, shipping, storage, delivery, and installation services. 
Advised Carousel Capital Partners VI, L.P., a private equity firm based in Charlotte, North Carolina, in its recapitalization of McCorquodale Transfer, LLC, a provider of receiving, delivery, storage, moving and installation services to the interior design industry and its end-customers, based in Alabama.
Represented Carousel Capital Partners VI, L.P., a Charlotte, North Carolina-based private equity firm, and its affiliated funds in connection with the equity recapitalization of Florida-based O.R. Colan Associates, LLC and ORC Utility & Infrastructure Land Services, LLC, which specialize in right-of-way services and real estate solutions for infrastructure.
