(OTCMKTS: CCUR), an Austin, Texas-headquartered financial services provider and real estate operator, in the sale of the equity of its wholly owned subsidiary, EllioSat Ltd, to AST & Science, LLC, a subsidiary of AST SpaceMobile, Inc (NASDAQ: ASTS). AST SpaceMobile, Inc. is a satellite designer and manufacturer based in Midland, Texas.
Represented EllioSat Ltd., a subsidiary of CCUR Holdings, Inc. (OTCMKTS: CCUR) in its purchase of all the outstanding equity of Sky and Space Sp. z.o.o. CCUR Holdings, Inc. purchased all the outstanding equity of Sky and Space Global (UK) Limited.
