Assisting on advising a major bank in relation to AUD80 million facilities to a listed property group that manages and operates accommodation parks, land lease communities and other forms of affordable accommodation including the provision of a revolving facility, contingent instrument facility and an overdraft facility.
Acting for a private equity firm in relation to a bridging finance facility to a childcare operator, including the acquisition and subsequent sale of a portfolio of childcare centres.
Advising financial institutions on financing property developments.
Assisting on advising Westpac Banking Corporation and National Australia Bank on the acquisition of a UK LLP.
Acting for a major bank in relation to facilities to a hospitality group including the acquisition of two properties in Melbourne and the redevelopment of one property.
Acting for a major bank in relation to AUD40 million facilities to an international group for the acquisition of various agricultural farms in New South Wales and Victoria (involving foreign investment board approval).
Acted for a financier in connection with providing finance to a company for the development of high end apartments in East Melbourne.
Advising financial institutions on various lending to self managed superannuation funds.
Assisting on advising a major bank in relation to AUD47 million facilities to a property investment fund for the acquisition of a commercial office building in Sydney.
Acting for a borrower in relation to the AUD136 million facility for a Melbourne CBD development comprising residential, serviced apartments and retail components.
Acting for a borrower in relation to the AUD64 million land acquisition and development facility for the development of the apartment towers in Abbotsford, Victoria.
Acted for a major bank in relation to AUD14.75 million facilities to a private group for the acquisition of a media company from an Australian listed corporation.
