Advising Kerry Ingredients, a global ingredients group, on its AUD225 million disposal of one of the largest prepared bakery businesses in Australia, Pinnacle Bakery, to private equity group Pacific Equity Partners.
Acting in numerous court applications, including applications seeking the appointment of a liquidator, bankruptcy proceedings, injunctions and other discrete applications.
