Acting for a client in the building and construction sector in relation to an intervention in the application for a renewal of a federal entry permit (to provide a right of entry) by a senior official of a union after previous contraventions.
Acting for medical professionals defend and respond to allegations of medical negligence, including matters in the Supreme and District Courts of Queensland.
Acting for medical professionals in relation to investigations and regulatory prosecutions, including matters involving the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, the Office of the Health Ombudsman, and the Department of Health.
Acting for a Commonwealth regulator in the building and construction industry in relation to enforcement of industrial relations laws. 
Advising medical practitioners regarding disciplinary processes undertaken by state and private institutions.
Advising clients in relation to breaches of employment and contractual relationships, including advising clients on matters such as termination without notice and restraint of trade provisions.
Advising clients on disputes arising from commercial contracts, employment contracts, and contracts for services.
