Acted for a global independent investment bank on the acquisition of 54 brand new apartments in one line from a Sydney developer for approximately AU$29 million. 
Represented a publicly traded REIT in separate transactions on the acquisition of portfolios of medical offices in Alabama and Connecticut.
Represented a European real estate business specializing in pan-European logistics and industrial assets, through a fund, on the acquisition of seven French logistics assets for €175 million from an independent real estate investment management boutique that is regarded as one of the leaders in the European marketplace. Also represented client on the financing of the acquisition from a credit institution company for €108 million.
Represented an independent project developer and asset manager headquartered in Berlin in the acquisition of a commercial site in Berlin-Mitte for a German group of investors. Our client plans to build a coherent campus structure with an estimated 40,000 square meters of commercial space on the site.
Advised a real estate investment company on its AU$85 million acquisition of an Adelaide office property, which forms the basis of a broader strategy for investment in Australian real estate. 
Represented a major insurance company on the acquisition of a life and pension business from a major fund, including acquiring property assets of over £2 billion (120 property assets). 

Represented a Chicago-based hotel owner and operator in a number of hotel acquisitions throughout the United States, including negotiating the purchase and sale agreement, financing documents, joint venture documentation, and franchise agreements and hotel management agreements related to the transactions.

Represented a private investment firm in the acquisition of a large hotel and timeshare club in Puerto Rico.

Represented a major Swedish investor client in relation to its U.K. real estate requirements. The investor initially acquired 574 apartments for £75.35 million; acted regarding the acquisition of those properties across 26 different locations.
Represented a U.S. university on the £40 million acquisition of the U.K. campus for its business school. Advised on the tax structuring both in the United States and United Kingdom and all real estate aspects.
Represented an Australian real estate services organization on the acquisition of a marquee site comprising more than 30 large-format furniture and lifestyle stores, including major brands.
Represented an international hotel and resort chain in the acquisition of a 481-key resort hotel in Aruba.
