Represented a Korean asset manager in multiple transactions on the acquisition and financing of government-leased buildings in Washington D.C.
Represented CBRE Global Investors Sgr S.p.A., acting on behalf of the real estate fund EIF Italian, in connection with the acquisition of a real estate complex for logistic use, located in the Municipality of Truccazzano (Milan).
Represented Moelis & Company, a global independent investment bank, on the acquisition of 54 brand new apartments in one line from Sydney developer Payce for approximately AUD29 million.
Represented a publicly traded REIT in separate transactions on the acquisition of portfolios of medical offices in Alabama and Connecticut.
Represented Clarion Gramercy Europe, through its latest fund Gramercy Property Europe III, on the acquisition of seven French logistics assets for €175 million from Tristan Capital Partners and on the financing of the acquisition from the Crédit Foncier (BPCE Group) for €108 million.

Represented BEOS AG, an independent project developer and asset manager headquartered in Berlin, in the acquisition of a commercial site in Berlin-Mitte for a German group of investors. BEOS plans to build a coherent campus structure with an estimated 40,000 square meters of commercial space on the site.

Represented Real I.S. AG on its AUD85 million acquisition of an Adelaide office property, which forms the basis of a broader strategy for investment in Australian real estate.
Represented a major insurance company on the acquisition of a life and pension business from a major fund, including acquiring property assets of over £2 billion (120 property assets). 

Represented a Chicago-based hotel owner and operator in a number of hotel acquisitions throughout the United States, including negotiating the purchase and sale agreement, financing documents, joint venture documentation, and franchise agreements and hotel management agreements related to the transactions.

Represented a private investment firm in the acquisition of a large hotel and timeshare club in Puerto Rico.

Represented a major Swedish investor client in relation to their UK real estate requirements. The investor initially acquired 574 apartments for £75.35 million, and we acted for the investor in relation to the acquisition of those properties across 26 different locations.
Represented a U.S. university on the £40 million acquisition of its UK campus for its Business School. Representation included advising on the tax structuring both in the U.S. and UK and all real estate aspects.
Represented Arkadia Property Services on the $170 million acquisition of the Homemaker the Valley, a marquee site comprising over 30 large format Homemaker and lifestyle stores, including major brands such as Harvey Norman, Freedom, Domayne, Nick Scali, Tesler, Aldi and many others.

Represented RIU Hotels and Resorts in the acquisition of the 481-key Westin Aruba resort hotel in Aruba.
