Advised a shellfish company regarding a potential mobile shellfish processing facility.
Advised a shellfish company regarding how to comply with Tribal treaty right obligations.
Negotiated an agreement with several Tribes to allocate shellfish harvesting rights.
Negotiated a successful settlement of Tribal fishing rights and claims.
Represented a shellfish company in acquiring permits from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
Negotiated a lease agreement and Tribal Treaty rights on behalf of a shellfish company.
Represented a shellfish company in the negotiation of shellfish harvesting and adjudication of Tribal Treaty rights, resulting in a successful settlement of Tribal claims without litigation.
Represented a seafood processing facility in its efforts to expand its wet storage facilities.
Negotiated a successful settlement on behalf of a group of Washington shellfish companies, which ended 30 years of litigation and resulted in over 500 farmed parcels being exempt from Tribal treaty rights.
Represented a seafood processor in a significant enforcement action brought by the Environmental Protection Agency, which was successfully terminated without interruption in client operations.
Represented a shellfish company in acquiring the first NPDES permit issued for a shellfish hatchery in California.
Represented a port district in development of offshore shellfish aquaculture.

Represented a shellfish company in a successful intervention in U.S. v. Washington.

Represented a shellfish company in Tribal negotiations and relocation of its mussel farm.
Represented a shellfish company in permitting for modifications to its shellfish processing facility.

Represented a kelp mariculture company in obtaining reauthorization and expansion of its farm.
Represented a shellfish company in development of a shellfish farm in Humboldt Bay, California.
