Represented an independent mining company with a substantial land package of gold and strategic mineral assets in Southern Greenland in raising gross proceeds of approximately £27.5 million through a placing and subscription of common shares that are admitted to trading on AIM, NASDAQ Iceland’s main market, and the TSX-V. Net proceeds from the fundraising were used for working capital flexibility to progress growth investment opportunities while the Greenland project ramps up; further resource drilling at the Greenland project to expand the resource, provide mining flexibility and define resource potential; investments in mining equipment, other facilities and green energy production to further optimise operations at the Greenland project; advancing the company’s strategic minerals business, alongside JV partners, with further targeted exploration; and additional working capital.

Acted for a South Bank, Queensland-based provider of minerals processing and associated infrastructure solutions to the global resources industry in its 100% share sale acquisition of an Australian company that delivers specialist technical engineering services in the mining/mineral processing, critical minerals, hydrocarbons, energy, and chemical industries.

Acted for a Queensland, Australia-based provider of minerals processing and associated infrastructure solutions to the global resources industry in its 100% share sale acquisition of a Perth, Australia-based business that specialises in the engineering of hard rock lithium concentration and refining processes, including metallurgical test work, flow sheet development, and detailed design.

Advised an Australia-based rare earths mineral exploration company in its capital raising comprising a placement of AU$6 million and a share purchase plan of AU$2 million.

Acted for an Australia-based rare earths mineral exploration company in its acquisition of an additional 34% interest in a rare metals company which owns a rare earths project in Uganda, Africa.

Represented a London, England-listed rare earth mining company in its gross revenue royalty with a UK-headquartered royalty and streaming company providing capital to the mining sector on future rare earths production from our client's flagship project in South Africa, and a subscription for shares to raise US$10 million.
