Prior to joining the firm, Feny was a technical advisor at a transatlantic law firm with offices in the US and UK. Through this role, she supported the patent prosecution and litigation practice group’s software and engineering team with the full technical life-cycle of drafting and prosecuting patent applications for client innovations. In addition, she provided technical expertise, conducted preliminary technical analysis for new software engineering technologies, and more.
