Prior to joining the firm, Henry was an associate at a Seattle firm where he focused his practice on litigation. His background includes substantial trial and arbitration experience, as well as pretrial matters such as discovery, alternative dispute resolution, and motions practice. Henry has experience with class actions, insurance coverage disputes, real estate litigation, and partnership breakups. After graduating from law school with honors, Henry clerked for the Hon. Chief Judge Marlin Appelwick at the Washington State Court of Appeals.
Henry graduated from the University of Washington School of Law with honors, and served as managing editor of the Washington Law Review.
