Prior to joining the firm, Jeffrey served as an associate at a New York law firm where he focused on capital raising transactions where he represented operating companies, asset managers, and financial institutions. Jeffrey also conducted due diligence and coordinated with third parties in connection with securities transactions.
Jeffrey also served as a judicial intern for The Honorable Paul G. Gardephe at the United States District Court-Southern District of New York in regards to civil and criminal cases.
